It's time to invest in yourself and create the vision of health that you've always wanted. Health coaches assist clients in connecting the dots between who they are and who they want to be. We recognize that getting from A to B is not always a direct path so we use small, incremental behavioral steps that help you feel successful in making the change you desire. |

Health coaching is a relationship where you and I work together to explore the possibilities of the life you want and come up with a plan to help you realize your goals. I trust that you have everything you need right inside of you to make this happen. Together, we find the motivation you need so you can make the changes you desire.
As we explore your strengths and values, you will develop deeper awareness for change and growth. We will come up with strategies and solutions that work best for you and together we will create ways to hold you responsible and accountable.

What does This look Like?
A "coaching cycle" can vary by client and goals, but typically one can expect to make a 3-6 month commitment to achieve success.
Session Frequency - This can vary between individuals but I suggest 2 sessions per month.
Session Duration - 30 minute and 1 hour sessions are available
Session Format - Sessions are typically done via Zoom online video chat, by phone, or in person if you live in St. Louis. Video chatting is easy and you can experience a session from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Session fees are paid at the time of scheduling. If you need to cancel a session, you have 48 hours to do so with a full refund.
